The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom, so transfers of your data there are lawful under EU/UK data protection law.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services, and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. All fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

3. Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Unlimited Web Hosting UK Ltd) processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website). Log data is not combined with other data and is deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Quote requests (form and email)

When you use our quote form or email us, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address, country, VAT number, billing details, message, and any uploaded design files) solely to handle your enquiry and prepare your quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering a contract).

If an order goes ahead, we pass on the data needed to fulfil it to our production house, Kissy Bang Bang (part of Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd, London). We delete enquiry data once it's no longer needed for that purpose and no legal retention requirement applies.

5. Ordering and payment through the online designer

When you order through the online designer, we process your design (text, uploaded images, chosen artwork), the order details (quantity, wrapper colour, price) and the contact and delivery details you enter at checkout, in order to produce and deliver your order. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

While you design, your work in progress is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device only; nothing is sent to us until you proceed to payment. When you proceed, the design is stored on our server under an order reference and deleted automatically after a short retention period once the order is fulfilled.

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). We never see your full card details; Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive from Stripe only the confirmation of payment, the order reference and the details needed to fulfil and account for your order. Order confirmations and delivery updates are sent to the email address you provide.
